Section 8.1 Voting By Mail Ballot passed with a friendly amendment to revisit the issue in two years.

Voting on controversial Convention resolutions, NLG Constitution and/or By-laws amendments, and contested National Office elections shall be by mail ballot.

Friendly Amendment: To revisit the issue within two years.

The National Office will be responsible for implementing the mail ballot procedure.
