NLG National Immigration Project
The National Immigration Project is a network of immigration lawyers, law students, jailhouse lawyers, and legal workers who work to end unlawful immigration practices, to recognize the contributions of immigrants in this country, to promote fair immigration practices, and to expand the civil and human rights of all immigrants, regardless of their status in the United States.

NLG Center for Democratic Communications
For more than ten years the CDC worked on behalf of groups seeking to change the FCC's ban on low power community radio. Now that the FCC has authorized such a service the CDC works with potential applicants for these licenses to guide them through the process, as well as working to inform progressive organizations and communities about this hard won opportunity.
